Catalyst - A new kind of innovation and design conference
The most valuable part of attending a conference is the connections you make. Whether it’s learning something from a conversation you had with a speaker on the day, or connecting and staying in touch with a peer after the event, it’s the people who make for a great conference experience.
Have you heard about Catalyst, the innovation and design conference we’re hosting in Edinburgh on September 29th? If you’re interested in sparring with the best innovation and design leaders who are designing the products and services of tomorrow, we’d love for you to join us.
There are only 50 spots available as the conference is designed to offer real and meaningful connections and ensure you'll meet as many like-minded, senior leaders as possible.
Learn from expert keynote sessions
Hanna Kops, Head of Experience at Transport for London will share how she’s shaped and protected her team’s relationship with the wider business, and how investing in a design culture influences better product outcomes.
Joanna Howes, the award-winning leadership coach behind The Change Creators will have a fireside chat with our Founder & MD Jessica Mullen about delivering value when managing people, how to ensure continual improvement through innovation, and the best ways to engage and empower your teams.
Catherine Richards, Head of Customer Design will share her practical, pragmatic experiences through their keynotes and involvement in our small round table sessions.
Chin Ru Foo, Founder of Crew & Riot will tell us how, as Innovation Director at William Grant & Sons, she placed sustainability and inclusion at the heart of branding and marketing efforts to pioneer the expansion of a new, award-winning global spirit brand.
Engage in facilitated roundtable discussions
Between keynote sessions, we’ll host sharp and productive 20 minute discussions with an experienced facilitator on some of the most pressing topics our attendees face. These challenges have been suggested by ticket-holders and will follow on, thematically, from the prior keynote session.
Themes include:
Attracting and retaining the best talent in an ultra-competitive job market.
Securing funding for big-bet innovation in times of uncertainty.
The future of direct-to-consumer relationships in a multi-brand environment.
Showcasing the value of innovation and creative differentiation to peers.
