Role summary

We are looking for an experienced designer to be part of our team.

We are building a new kind of design practice, a blend of consultancy and agency. A place where design is used to solve problems in days and weeks, not months. Where design is both a way of thinking and making.

You are someone who wants to work on a variety of creative challenges. You don’t want to work in a production house, even though you might currently be in one. You think fast and think on your feet. You care about your craft, but not so much that you can’t get behind a better idea when it comes along.

Join us, and you will be solving design challenges in brand, product and marketing for some of the UK’s biggest and best known brands. Including Penguin Random House, KPMG, Expedia, BBC, Edrington group and Prudential.

You will likely have worked in agencies and have a few years under your belt. Your portfolio will show both smart thinking and crafted design. We use design thinking and user centred design practices. While you don’t need to be a master in them today, you will need to be able to learn and collaborate with smart people to find the right answers. Strong communication skills and interactive design chops are key as we make a lot of prototypes of our ideas.

We are a small but ambitious team of eight, running fast for the last two years and showing no signs of slowing down. You will be part of that story. You will help to build our brand, both figuratively and literally.
